Delivery Information

 

Shipping Info:

In stock products dispatch within 1 – 3 working days.

If a product says PRE-ORDER then please note this will be 8 - 10 working day production time added before it is dispatched. 

UK customers should expect to receive their order within 2-5 working days (as long as the product does not say 'PRE-ORDER').

Delivery costs UK:

Spend £50 or more for FREE UK delivery. 

Cards & A5 prints UK - £1.49 Royal Mail 1st class. 

Badges, mystery boxes, jewellery, notebooks - £2.45 Royal mail 1st class. 

Upgrades to signed for or next working day delivery are also available in the product.

International delivery:

We are based in the UK and ship worldwide. 

European standard delivery: usually delivers within 7-14 working days. 

Rest of World standard delivery: usually delivers within 10-20 working days.

To note that when sending internationally, customs fees or import duties could apply. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees should they apply.

During busy periods and due to ongoing postal worker shortages international orders are currently taking on average 7 – 25 working days to arrive. Please make sure you order in plenty of time for these to arrive. 

All orders are sent via International standard and are NOT tracked. However you do have the option to upgrade to International tracked at the checkout if you'd like your parcel tracked.

Faulty or damaged goods

If an item has been delivered to you and is damaged or faulty, then please email jdaydreamingshop@gmail.com within 30 days of the purchase date to begin the refund process.

Returns

If your item is unused and you change your mind about your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund. Custom items and digital downloads are non refundable.
